Last Race

This weekend will be our last race. We will be at Reynolds, Ga for a Division 2 Top Sportsman race. Thanks to all our supporters out there. We will post pictures after the race.

ADRL race

We got beat at Bristol by a 25 year long racer when our crew chief weather stations told us the wrong number to run. We went to slow by 3 numbers. Had been consistent all 4 qualifiing rounds then it rained and threw things off. Adam qualified 6 out 32 cars so we were happy with that. Decided to be consistent instead of fast. Now we are preparing for NHRA Southern Nationals at Commerce and Larry is like a kid at Christmas!! He has waited for this one for years and will be happy win or lose. However, a win would be fantastic and a blessing.

Went to ZMax 4 wide for our first National Event this weekend. Adam qualified #1 right off the trailer in first round with a 6.57 and 210mph!! It was a very exciting weekend. He lost against Biondo with a breakout of .07. Not bad for his first time. Next we are off to Bristol for ADRL.

Our new rig

This is a new year so we decided to redo the rig. We are really looking forward to a great year of racing and fun in 2012!!

It's been a while

Well it's been a while since I posted and there have been several changes. It's just the 3 of us now, although, we have many that go along with us from time to time. Hailey and Nicole got to go with us to Virginia and it was an awesome time together. Adam is racing in ADRL Top Sportsman now and trying to get it figured out since it's different from anything we've raced before. He ended up qualifying #4 out of 26 racers which is great!!! He's still working on the starting line because of having to delay for the other driver. We will be at Rockingham NC this weekend and hope for success!! Adam wins NHRA Unleashed

Our last race in Gainesville Florida was fantastic! Adam won a Wally in 8.50 class after qualifing 2nd. He even had a camara in his car recording his reaction too. This will air some time in Dec. We are so proud of him and his accomplishments.

World of Wheels

We were able to setup our entire rig and 5 cars at the World of Wheels. We represented ORSCA Ministries and Atlanta Dragway. We had a great time and want to thank everyone that had a hand in making it happen and helping out.

Montgomery Race

Wow! Larry did awesome and qualified #1 with a 5.000! Hailey got to watch her first race and it was a beautiful weekend. We had 154 in church. God is good! Larry went to 3rd round and beat himself with a red light against the former champion. What will Steele hold?

Finally

It feels like we haven't raced in forever. This will be Larry's first race ever this weekend at Montgomery. I'll update when we get back.

Commerce Race

Well the winning wasn't great but Dustin got his first race under his belt and went out with a 6.996 so that's not bad. We had a great church service with 180! That made it all worthwhile. Hailey had a good time too.

Hailey's First Race

We were in Jackson for our first race after Hailey's birth and she went with us. It was really hot so she spent her time inside. It was great to have all the family with us.

We're Grandparents!

Hailey Brook Floyd arrived June 8th at 2:50pm and weighed 8lbs 10oz. We are so proud and happy that all are doing well.

Past Time

Larry, Adam, Dustin and Mike were all filmed on the TV show Past Time.
It was alot of fun and we will keep you posted as to when the show will air. It will be on the Speed channel.

What's Been Happening

Well it's been a while since I have added anything but alot has happened. Our motorcoach broke down in Valdosta but Huntsville was great. Adam placed 4th in the rainout race. In Montgomery Adam placed 4th again and broke out with a 5.99. We have had great church services with 143 in Huntsville! Nicole and Dustin have been going with us and we have been having a blast!

Race At Atlanta Dragway

We had a big Bar-b-que at the Commerce race. Both cars got out in the first round but we had fun. We had 52 people in the church service!

Pinks All Out

Mike won the quick 8 race at Pinks All Out this weekend in Commerce! What a weekend of excitement. There was some disappointment when Adam was put out of the race for being under 18(by 2 weeks). Mike was the fastest car in the race.

Our Ministry

talk to the Youth.
The kids had fun and even played a

texting game to win t-shirts. Jay, the youth minister, and some of the youth sat in the cars.
